General Terms

Communication

Fairside communicates primarily via email and our client portal. Electronic communication is considered legally binding.

For security reasons, certain file types may be blocked. The client is responsible for their own IT security measures.

Payment and cash flows

Fairside does not pay premiums on behalf of the client. Payment must be made via Fairside's official bank account and within the specified deadlines.

In accordance with applicable legislation, Fairside may request documentation of identity.

Confidentiality and data protection

Fairside treats all information as confidential and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Information is only shared when:

  • it is necessary to provide our services
  • it is required by law
  • the client has given consent

The client has the right to access, rectification, and erasure of their own data.

Use of materials

Materials prepared by Fairside are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without written permission.

Independence and compliance

Fairside operates independently and does not receive commission from insurance companies. We adhere to applicable legislation and high ethical standards.
