Complaints Procedure

At Fairside, we take complaints seriously. Below you can read how to proceed if you wish to file a complaint about our advice or service.

We process your complaint

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days and respond as soon as possible.

The Insurance Complaints Board

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Danish Insurance Complaints Board (Ankenævnet for Forsikring). The complaint fee is DKK 200, which is refunded if the ruling is in your favour.

FMF's Ethics Committee

As a member of the Danish Insurance Brokers Association (FMF), complaints can also be directed to FMF's Ethics Committee.

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority

If you suspect a breach of legislation, you can contact the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet).
